Campaign Planning & Execution: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather campaign objectives and creative assets; review setup documents (budgets, targeting, UTM tracking) and maintain timelines.
Monitoring & Optimization: Track daily campaign delivery against budgets and plans; flag abnormalities to the Supervisor and follow up with agencies on optimizations.
Reporting & Analysis: Consolidate and validate daily/weekly/monthly performance data from agencies and dashboards; maintain internal trackers and assist with post-campaign recap reports.
Content & Asset Management: Organize creative assets (ad copies, visuals, URLs) and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal standards.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a daily liaison between the internal marketing team, media agencies, and dealers to manage deliverables, timelines, and action items.
Administrative Support: Assist with purchase requests, invoices, documentation, and the logistics of marketing giveaway items.

Available for a full-time internship (6 months), able to start immediately. Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
3rd/4th year student or bachelor’s degrees in marketing, communication, business, or related fields.
Proven experience in marketing, media, and content is a plus.
Intermediate level in both reading and speaking English.
Excellent written communication, creative thinking.
Detail-oriented, strong project management, multitasking and problem-solving skills are a plus.
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, international teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Can use Canva, PS, AI is a plus
